This versatile bench is used for mainly Setu Bandha restorative poses but it can be utilized for supported Arda Halasana, Dvi Pada Viparita Dandasana. It is adjustable, the lower half of its supporting legs can be removed for lowering the height. The bench can be used in combination with our Viparita Karani Box.
